The St. Louis County Board of Elections is a bi-partisan, independent body established by the State of Missouri to protect the integrity of the voting process by accurately, securely, and efficiently conducting all elections in St. Louis County. There are approximately 724,000 registered voters who live in 984 precincts and vote in 200+ polling places within the County.

The Missouri Voter Registration Application is available through the State of Missouri and a printed copy can be picked up at your local St. Louis County Library branch. You may also complete the application online
or print out the application at home for mailing.
