Jewish Federation of St. Louis annually allocates funds to assist individuals and families in the Jewish community who are experiencing financial challenges. Cash Assistance is available for medicine, medical bills, rent, mortgage, utilities, and technology. 314-993-1000

The State of Missouri runs a Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and a Low Income Home Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHEAP can help you in two ways: Energy Assistance/Regular Heating (EA) and Energy Crisis Intervention Program (ECIP). The EA helps you with a one-time payment for your heating and cooling bills. The ECIP helps pay your fuel bill when your energy is shut off or is threatened to be shut off. The LIHWAP is available to help with a one-time payment to help with water and sewer bills.
