Tap in Center - St. Louis County LibraryThe Tap In Center primarily assists in recalling felony or misdemeanor warrants in St. Louis County issued due to missing a court date. This service is limited to St. Louis County criminal cases. However, they can identify ordinance violation warrants issued in a St. Louis area municipality and help you navigate the appropriate steps you would need to take to handle the matter. The Bail Project is also available to help connect anyone with immediate or long-term needs with resources in the community.
The Tap In Center is open every Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the St. Louis County Library Florissant Valley Branch.

* Learn their case status and court date information
* Apply for a public defender
* Access pretrial support services through The Bail Project, like

* Get assistance navigating the court process
* Access the library's free wi-fi

They can assist with recalling warrants issued due to missing a court date in these courts only:
St. Louis County Circuit Court (felony and misdemeanor cases only),
St. Louis City Municipal Court,
Florissant Municipal Court,
and University City Municipal Court.
This unique partnership brings together the St. Louis County Library, the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, The Bail Project, MacArthur Foundation Safety & Justice Challenge, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
