Safe Families program connects parents with safe families for their children to stay with while they address a crisis at home.

Provides short-term counseling for youth up to age 25 and families dealing with youth depression. Additionally, they serve parents, educators, and community members with resources, presentations, and more to provide a holistic and proactive approach to mental illness and bullying.

Epworth 24/7 Helpline provides a network of trauma-informed professionals who know that crises don’t always happen within business hours. The helpline is monitored at all times by a highly trained Epworth team member who can connect youth experiencing a sudden housing crisis to critical community resources. The Epworth 24/7 Helpline is available every day of the year, including holidays, to meet the needs of homeless youth or those threatened with immediate homelessness.

Epworth Youth Emergency Shelter provides a dedicated 24-hour team of youth advisors and master-level therapists offering secure, temporary housing to homeless and at-risk youth ages 11 through 20, including pregnant youth up to 26 weeks into their pregnancy.

Family Solutions for Kids (FSK) is a program designed to help parents and children who are facing challenges in their family functioning. FSK is a free, in-home intervention program tailored to meet the distinct needs of every family served. The program is available to any St. Louis County or Franklin County family with identified youth ages four to 19.

Saint Louis Steppingstone is a transitional living program working with young people ages 16-21 that helps them transition safely and successfully into independence. The program is based on positive youth development strategies and provides housing, employment services, education counseling, life skills training, and permanency planning.

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

Temporary respite care for families in crisis. Children up to age 5 are placed with safe families up to 30 days while parents work with LFCS to address the crisis.

A safe place for unhoused or under-housed high schoolers to take a shower, grab a meal, and wash their laundry. A case manager is available to help with other needs. Open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Located in the IFM building at 11280 St. Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton.

The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery provides a short-term, safe haven for 5,000 children a year, birth through age 12, whose families face an emergency caused by illness, homelessness, domestic violence or overwhelming parental stress. All services are completely FREE and VOLUNTARY.
